Loyd Grossman Tomato & Courgette Rigatoni

Ingredients

  • 150g Rigatoni
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Jar Loyd Grossman Tomato & Basil Sauce 350g
  • Courgette, Sliced
  • Cherry Tomatoes, Halved

Method

  1. Simply cook your favourite pasta.
  2. In oil, pan fry your courgette and cherry tomatoes for 3 – 4 minutes.
  3. Add the sauce stirring often.
  4. Once cooked through, add the cooked pasta for a delicious meal.

Please ensure food is cooked through and piping hot throughout before serving.

Swap Tip: Works well with any type of tomatoes.
