Sharwood’s Butter Chicken Jacket Potato

Ingredients

  • 1 Jar Sharwood’s Butter Chicken Sauce 420g
  • 3-4 Chicken Breast
  • 4 Baking Potatoes

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/Gas 6.
  2. Place potatoes on a baking tray.
  3. Bake for 50 – 60 minutes until they are soft on the inside and the skin is crisp.
  4. Make the curry following on pack instructions.
  5. Slit the potatoes and fill with curry.

Please ensure food is cooked through and piping hot throughout before serving.

Swap Tip: You can use regular potatoes if you don’t have baking potatoes
